Look, I'm not saying I never make mistakes. I might have even made a mistake while putting this very listicle together. However, sometimes it's not even about not paying attention or not knowing the right way to do something; sometimes it's just about applying some common sense. And the people on this list clearly did not apply an ounce of common sense while doing their jobs. I mean, at some point while installing a new railing, you must have noticed that you are now blocking access to the fire extinguisher. And, sure, you're only doing your job, but come on!

Why would you install a sign upside down? did you not look at it when you were done? and why would you paint a crosswalk that leads nowhere? The lack of basic awareness in these moments is both baffling and hilarious. As you scroll through this list, you might find yourself wondering how these decisions were even made in the first place.
